I would SO love to get a copy of this DALLAS book. I am a huge fan of the show as well as Laura Van Wormer and I never even knew this book existed.

"Very heavily illustrated with black-and-white stills from the show, and some color, the book focuses entirely on the characters and the action. There's no mention of the actors, which of course is not a fault -- it's just the focus of this particular book. There is a separate chapter for each one of the major characters, even little John Ross and Christopher, highlighting the events of that character's life up until 1985. It's too bad the book captures only half of the show's history, but I still appreciate the back story it shares, with even the 1800s history of Southfork Ranch."
